If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you received a faulty product, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order details.

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
