At AVELI, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed carefully and delivered as smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Australia Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
- International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
AVELI may offer international shipping to selected countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges that may apply once the order reaches the destination country.
AVELI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Shipping Carriers
We may use a range of trusted shipping providers depending on destination, including Australia Post, courier services, or other third-party logistics providers.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details (where applicable) will be provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. AVELI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
AVELI is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the shipping provider. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items in Transit
